1) We take party bookings online via the website, on the phone on 01473 611333 (direct to venue number) and in person….just come in and book.

2) You can book for the maximum number and then on the day we only charge for the children who turn up, with a minimum of 10 children (including the birthday child/children). So yes invite 18 children but only pay for 12 if that is the number that turn up and no phone call 7 days before asking for money.

3) Talking about money, we take a Non-refundable deposit when booking and then the final payment on the day but yes if you want to pay off more in advance just call and we will happily take more money. Also we can’t refund deposits but can transfer them to another date if you need as we do understand things like the dreaded chicken pox always arrive at the wrong time

4) With food choices we have a Hot or Cold menu that we do need to know in advance which you would prefer but then lots of choices in both menus and every child can have an individual meal, rather than just pizza for everyone (yes I heard that line about 40 times while calling around). We also have all the allergen information and extra options and are happy to talk to guests’ parents directly with options to save you a job.

We also do ice-cream dessert and before you ask, no not at an extra cost!

5) Yes we have lovely party rooms and of course the children will enjoy their party lunch or tea in there but also have tables set up in the main hall where parents can sit comfortably. They also have essentials like shoe buckets and squash as playing is thirsty work.

6) We do have extras (here comes the big upsell). We can add laser-tag to your party for a few pounds more but the massive benefit is you have 2 games (about 30 mins) just with your party group and yes there is a laser host to make sure it all goes smoothly!

7) We recommend parents come about 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and make sure you know where to welcome your guest and also which party room you will be in.

8) Finally we have some of the best party hosts in the county and yes we provide the party bags (again not at an extra charge) and they all are more than happy to add extra bits in if you want to supersize your party bags.
