To help you enjoy you visit we’ve introduced several new safety measures.

Here are some of the measures you can expect to see during your visit!

Numbers will be reduced in the play centre to 150 people to aid social distancing.

Weekend and School Holidays 2 sessions per day will be available 10am until 1pm and 2pm until 5pm.

Weekday Term Time Daytime Session available 10am-2pm Monday to Friday term time.

After School Session available 4pm-6pm Wednesday to Friday term time.

Indoor Children’s Play

Our Indoor Children’s Play Centre is designed for children from birth up to and including 15 years old.

We cannot encourage/allow social gatherings outside two households or groups of six at play2day.

We can still host lots of visitors, but these shouldn’t be made up of groups as described above.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS PLEASE DO NO TRAVEL. If you or any of your party are displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 please refrain from visiting- a high temperature, new persistent cough, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. If you become unwell during your visit, please notify a member of staff.

Contactless payments- please pay by contactless methods if possible.

Signage – New signage informing guests of safety measure and instructions to follow.

Enhanced cleaning – Enhanced cleaning will take place throughout the day, with special attention given to high contact surfaces. Fogging will aid the deep clean between sessions in the play centre and in the laser-tag arena between groups.

Hand sanitizer – Hand sanitizer stations have been set up at all entrances and throughout the play centre.

We are required under legislation to take names and telephone numbers of all groups wishing to attend, for the NHS track and trace. This is a compulsory and refusal will result in entry not being allowed. All adults in the group must now give individual details or check in using the track and trace QR codes located at the front entrance and around the centre.

Face coverings are mandatory, whilst entering the facility and whilst walking in communal areas. Face coverings are not required whilst eating, drinking. Face coverings are not required for the children 11 and under.

Inflatable Theme Park

With all your favourite fun-filled inflatable activities joined together in one HUGE indoor arena leaving you to bounce in ALL weathers.

The inflatable park is included in the entry price to the play centre for children aged 4yrs and above.

Laser Tag

Laser-Tag is Adrenalin filled fun for ALL the family. It can be booked as part of your visit to the play centre or can be a single activity visit. Please contact the centre on 01473 611333 to reserve your slot.
